Hi. I’m Amy, your RockTheLife girl. I feel like I’ve lived a pretty amazing life. I’ve had some amazing adventures. The most exciting of which has been being a mom to seven kids. (Yes, I birthed them all) I LOVE being a mom, but Somewhere along the way, though, I forgot who I was. I got caught up in duty and lost my passion for the things that made me … well, me.
That’s where RockTheLife comes in. It’s been a journey to find myself again. The key to it for me, has been getting back to my roots. Music, specifically 80’s rock has been that little light … that has a sparked the dynamite.
RockTheLife is a podcast for fans by fans. It’s an outlet for all of us to connect to some of the exciting times in life that we may have lost touch of … it’s a reminder to be who you are- and not who others tell you to be. ❤️
